For our Production Planning department, we are looking for a dedicated employee (m/f/d)

• Coordinating production to ensure delivery deadlines are met
• Monitoring material requirements and placing orders as needed
• Creating work orders and production plans
• Maintaining and updating the existing item database
• Quality assurance in cooperation with the Quality Management Officer (QMB)
• Preparing work instructions, process guidelines, forms, and production documents
• Optimizing workflows to increase efficiency and quality
• Technical support for production

… what you bring to the table

• You have completed technical or commercial vocational training, ideally in metal processing
• You have professional experience in production planning or a similar field
• You are highly motivated, reliable, and resilient
• You work in an organized, diligent, and independent manner combined with a strong sense of responsibility
• You are communicative, a team player, and well-organized
• You have a strong sense of quality and technical understanding
• You are proficient in working with ERP systems
• You have good computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Outlook)
   

Preferred but not required:

• Knowledge in machining, pressing, CNC turning, CNC grinding, pneumatics
• Work experience as a department manager
