Trough close dialogues with our customers I find individually suitable solutions, whether it's recommending a compatible product portfolio or implementing MDR compliance for OEM products. 

I love our products and the contact with our customers - especially when this contact based on trust and lasts for decades... and, by the way, I love discovering the small wonders of our big world with my little grandchildren.

As PRRC I am responsible for the safety of our dental medical devices. I fulfill this responsibility for you with great respect, using my expertise in our products, our quality management system and the requirements of the MDR EU directive.   

As Chief Sales Officer (CSO) I am responsible for leading the sales organization at E. HAHNENKRATT GmbH with focus on revenue growth and increasing our market share.

This includes inquiries from interested business partners as well as a close communication with our existing customers. Contracts relating to private label products and quality assurance agreements are also a part of my daily work. I work closely with our CEO Sibylle Schepperheyn.

As medical product advisor I am also your contact person for questions about our products.

I am your contact person for marketing and social media campaigns.

I create contents for targeted campaigns and take care of the organization and the final analysis of the results. My goal is to inform you about our products and to maintain a successful partnership - which often goes on with our customers for decades - through frequent and proactive communication. 

Particularly, I collaborate with universities, their student bodies, and opinion leaders - who are also connected in social media. I work closely together with our CEO and the other colleagues from our sales team. It is important for me to make our HAHNENKRATT brand visible and tangible.

I look forward to manage your inquiries and orders from preparing personalized quotes till to the final preparation of your order for shipping. In this context I coordinate shipping dates with our production planning and ensure a smooth order processing.

I am your contact for all issues relating to the shipping process. For worldwide exports I prepare all necessary documents for you, including documents for customs clearance such as ATR, EUR.1 and Certificate of Origin.

As the contact person for import registrations, I coordinate all necessary steps to ensure the successful registration of our products in international markets. I organize the required documentation and arrange notarizations and apostille certifications when needed.

In close cooperation with our QMB, I provide MDR-compliant documents and ensure a structured process for timely and smooth completion.

We have also successfully appointed representatives in Switzerland (CH REP) and in the United Kingdom (UK REP), ensuring the continued and compliant distribution of our products in these markets.

My previous experience in Aftersales and as Assistant to the CSO has given me a solid understanding of the connection between sales activities and regulatory requirements. This allows me to support product registrations efficiently and with attention to detail.

My area of responsibility includes our IT systems and our company website.

It is important for us to continuously expand and optimize the information on our website.
