Regulatory Affairs:
• Independently handling international customer inquiries regarding registration documents, in compliance with the EU Medical Devices Regulation (MDR), our QM system, and using established templates
• Creating customized documents based on templates, and, if necessary, arranging for notarial certifications/apostilles and/or legalization at embassies
• Applying for Free Sale Certificates at the responsible regional authority in Karlsruhe
• Periodically updating existing registrations: US-FDA, Switzerland, and UK, in collaboration with our local representatives
Sales:
• Sales campaigns in collaboration with our CSO

… here’s what you bring
• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship in sales
• You have professional experience in sales, ideally in Regulatory Affairs
• You are fluent in German and have good English skills
• You work conscientiously, independently, and take on a high degree of responsibility
• You are communicative, a team player, and well-organized
• You are proficient with ERP systems
• You have strong computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Outlook)
