We are looking for YOU
We are looking for an industrial clerk (m/f/d) to join our sales team with immediate effect.
Your tasks:
- Processing customer inquiries
- Active market observation and search for potential prospects/customers in cooperation with the management
- Creation and maintenance of QAA contracts based on templates and as part of a team
- Support with import registrations for our customers
Your profile:
- Successfully completed vocational training, ideally in the field of marketing/sales
- Professional experience in sales
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Structured, independent and efficient way of working
- Confident use of common MS Office programs
To strengthen our sales department, we are looking for an industrial clerk (m/f/d) for approx. 25 hours/week with immediate effect
Your tasks:
– Check customer invoices
– Create customs, IHK and freight documents
– Communication (especially by email) with customers + freight companies regarding shipping in German and English
– Processing our online store orders
– Entering customer data
– Processing customer complaints (logistics errors, e.g. excess/shortfall quantity, incorrect price) with the help of templates
– Telephone exchange
Your profile:
– Successfully completed vocational training, ideally as an industrial clerk
– Professional experience in sales/aftersales
– Fluent German and good English skills
– Structured, independent and efficient way of working
– Confident use of common MS Office programs
We are looking for an electrician, mechatronics engineer or automation technician (m/f/d) with a focus on special machine construction for the expansion and support of our production facilities.
Your tasks:
– Assembly, repair and optimization of in-house special machines and purchased machines,
– Assembly, installation, wiring and commissioning of control cabinets
– Electrical maintenance of our own special machines
– PLC programming
– Participation in automation and process optimization projects
Your profile:
– Completed vocational training as an electronics technician, industrial electrician or mechatronics technician
– Confident handling of circuit and wiring diagrams
– Mechanical skills and technical understanding
– Independent, structured and conscientious way of working
– Reliability, ability to work in a team and high quality awareness
To strengthen our “Vacuum Technology” department, we are looking for a full-time (40 hours / week) production assistant (m/f/d) with immediate effect
Your tasks:
- Creating machine programs
- Setting up machines and systems
- Maintenance of machines and systems
- Production monitoring
- Quality controls and quality records
Your profile:
- Highly motivated, reliable, conscientious and physically resilient
- Independent and organized work
- High quality awareness
Your tasks:
- Supporting the head of department in organizational and operational tasks
- Setting up, operating and maintaining production systems (e.g. laser cutting, water jet cutting, plastic injection molding, painting, gluing technology, robot automation, vacuum technology)
- Collaboration in the optimization of machines and production processes
- Quality controls during production
- Material orders and support with the procurement of spare parts
- Shared responsibility for order, cleanliness and smooth processes in the area
- Induction of new employees
Your profile:
- Completed training in the technical field (e.g. industrial mechanic, cutting machine operator, mechatronics technician, machine and plant operator)
- Practical experience in a production environment or in working with machines
- Reliable, structured and independent way of working
- Willingness to take on responsibility and actively help shape processes
- Good technical understanding and manual dexterity
An advantage, but not a must:
- First management experience or interest in a future management role
- Basic knowledge of automation technology or CNC/robot programming
- Confident handling of IT (MS Office, Outlook)
